Job Summary
The Reliability Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies in our modern manufacturing plants.
The role requires you to work alongside key engineering stakeholders from Utilties, Infrastructure, Milk & Juice Processing and Production Plants as well as PET & HDPE Blow Moulding departments.
Job Responsibilities 1
Lead, develop and implement reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) programs for critical food processing equipment (Boiler, Refrigeration, AHU, liquid processing plant inc. pasteurisers & homogenisers, production plant inc. rotary & linear fillers, vision systems plus robots on packaging lines).
Conduct failure mode, Cause and effects analysis (FMECA) to identify and mitigate risks through the introduction of RCM.
Optimize mean time between failure (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR) through data-driven improvements to grow Machine Mechanical Efficiency (MME).
Lead and deploy condition-based monitoring technologies (Machine Learning & AI techniques,vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing).
Working Collaboratively with the Engineering Planners, utilize SAP Fiori to schedule, track and trend maintenance activities.
Implement IoT-based predictive technology to reduce unplanned downtime.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical maintenance tasks.
Lead RCA investigations for chronic equipment failures and quality deviations.
Recommend engineering solutions to prevent recurrence (e.g., material upgrades, design modifications, advances in technology plus enhanced Ways of Working.)
Early Equipment Management (EEM), Work with OEMs and suppliers to deliver serviceable equipment from design through to delivery.
Lead and ensure all maintenance practices comply with food safety regulations (FSSC 22000, FSA, FDA, HACCP, GMP).
Drive new standards whilst maintaining current sanitary design standards (EHEDG + 3-A) for food processing equipment.Support with the implementation of Lean methodologies & TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
Actively support with best-in-class delivery of Permit to Work & LOTO compliance. As the CBM Lead you will identify opportunities to improve maintenance costs (spare parts optimisation, energy efficiency activities plus supporting with Capex investment in technology).

Job Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrable knowledge of leading CBM, OCM, OCA in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of CBM deployment on Commercial Utiltiy plant,High-Speed rotary fillers, Blow Moulding plus Processing Plant.
Knowledge of, or the ability to understand food safety policies.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP Fiori functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role
Job Experience
Minimum 20 years working experience, 15 years in a relevant management/leadership position, 5 years GCC experience is a plus
