Art Director

Job Summary
The Art Director works on creative projects from inception to completion and has an overall sign-off on the appearance of the final materials. The role leads the design team to create cost-efficient and effective designs on different platforms (website, social media and other marketing materials) as well as managing the team's deadlines and deliverables. Tasks to communicate with clients or senior management to develop aesthetic and brand that reflects the Companys core values and ideas.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and oversee the visual identity and branding strategy for marketing and communication campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Lead the creative direction and conceptualization of advertising materials, including print ads, digital banners, and video content, to effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing managers to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts and executions.
Provide art direction and guidance to designers and production teams, ensuring the quality and creative integrity of deliverables.
Review and approve artwork, layouts, and designs to ensure they meet brand standards, messaging requirements, and project objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual communication to inspire innovative approaches and maintain competitive advantage.
Present creative concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and addressing feedback effectively.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to integrate visual elements into comprehensive marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Evaluate the performance and impact of visual assets on marketing and communication efforts, analyzing metrics and feedback to inform future strategies and optimizations.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create visually stunning and effective marketing materials.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to produce high-quality and engaging visual content.
Creative vision and conceptual thinking to develop innovative and compelling creative concepts and campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
Leadership and collaboration skills to lead a team of designers, photographers, and other creatives, providing direction, feedback, and inspiration.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to interpret client briefs, understand target audience needs, and develop creative solutions that resonate and drive results.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
