Artistic Supervisor

Job Summary

The Artistic Supervisor oversees all the activities and ensures appropriate attention to visitors is being carried out correctly. This position also verifies the Artistic Educators' performance, the correct functioning of equipment, and the needed supply of raw materials, staples, and equipment.

Job Responsibilities 1

Oversee the coordination and takes the lead in artistic projects and documents progress regularly. 

Elaborate daily on the establishment's elements checklist, completely and exactly.

Direct and supervise activities of the artistic department and provides administrative support.

Ensure to provide allotting spaces in publications as per the importance and length of the article.

Shortlist suitable write-ups and illustrations and preparing layouts.

Conduct a questionnaire session to help the staff clear their doubts.

Oversee the artistic development of all shows and correct presentation deviations to the end of giving an excellent performance.

Coordinate and direct artistic and technical team rehearsals to guarantee performance quality through continuous training.

Coordinate with trainers the subjects to be taught to new collaborators.

Implement the dynamics in compliance with what has been established by the commercial partners.

Generate and direct seasonal artistic activities.

Supervise the service daily, and in compliance with image standards and establishment functionality; as well as do visitors appraisal.

Interact with the children who visit the organization and implements dynamics in compliance with documentation, guidelines and procedures determined by the commercial partners.

Elaborate on the establishment of cleaning tasks upon arrival, leaving, and during the operation.

Proficient in guiding creative teams to realize the artistic vision while adhering to project objectives and constraints.

Skilled in managing diverse talents, fostering collaboration, and inspiring excellence to achieve collective goals.

Experienced in coordinating various aspects of production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.

Ability to identify and address challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions to overcome obstacles during the production process.

Deep understanding of entertainment industry trends, technologies, and standards, enabling informed decision-making and effective adaptation to evolving demands.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
