Job Summary
Direct coordination with the manager/client/consultant/IT/suppliers/contractors for day-to-day operation in managing the project site or maintaining the building activities PPM and troubleshooting of BMS alarms
Job Responsibilities 1
Defining alarms per priority and extracting reports from the respective teams' BMS Operators & BMS Technicians.
Comparing the online status of the system between BMS and Field Devices.
Correcting of Asset list system-wise.
Correcting the BMS alarm issues with the field devices.
Equipment detailing or info feeding as per client request.
a. Heading the team for troubleshooting and corrective/preventive maintenance.
b. Coordinating with respective integrators to rectify or close the alarm issues.
BMS/ELV, FAS/CBS/PAVA, CCTV, and other systems.
c. Documentation and engineering work.
d. Leading the BMS Team (Technician/BMA Operators).
To ensure that all project activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed throughout the project life cycle.
To perform site management for the installation works, inspections, testing and commissioning, and handover of the BMS system to clients.
To create BMS interface design, implementation, setup, and programming using Modbus, BACnet, or other protocols.
Any other ad-hoc work as assigned

Job Knowledge & Skills
Ability to build and install BMS system to monitor and regulate
various building services, including chillers, heat exchangers, ACMV, lighting and power metering, etc.
With solid knowledge of different BMS system, such as system architect, controller programming, on-site testing and commissioning of sensors or meters
Job Experience
With 2-3 years working experiences of instrument mounting, setup, configuration and verification, BMS programming, services and maintenance
