Banquet Sales Executive has a pivotal role focusing on driving sales and nurturing client relationships to ensure every event reflects luxury standards and commitment to excellence while providing a memorable experience for the clients.

Job Responsibilities 1

Sales and Business Development: Identify and secure high-profile banquet and private and corporate event opportunities through strategic sales initiatives, networking, and industry connections.

Client Relationship Management: Develop strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions that exceed expectations.

Proposal and Contract Management: Create and present high-end proposals, contracts, and event orders showcasing Voila Catering’s premium services.

Event Coordination: Collaborate with culinary and event teams to ensure flawless event execution, with meticulous attention to detail and service excellence.

Site Inspections: Conduct personalized site tours for clients, highlighting Voila Catering’s unique offerings.

Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve business objectives while ensuring client satisfaction and value.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems for reporting and follow-up.

Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional materials to enhance Voila Catering’s brand presence.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

5 years of total experience; 2 years on Job (in high-end banquet sales or luxury catering, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets)
