Job Summary
The Beach Manager is responsible to oversee the efficient and safe operation of a beachfront area, ensuring an enjoyable experience for visitors while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment. This role involves managing staff, enforcing safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service to beachgoers.
Job Responsibilities 1
Supervise and coordinate all beachfront activities and services.
Ensure the beach area is clean, well-maintained, and safe for visitors.
Manage daily operations, including beach equipment rentals, water sports activities, and concessions.
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule lifeguards, beach attendants, and other staff members.
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
Enforce staff adherence to safety protocols and customer service standards.
Oversee and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Conduct regular safety drills and ensure lifeguards are properly trained.
Coordinate responses to emergencies, including medical incidents and water rescues.
Interact with beachgoers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Ensure a positive visitor experience by providing information and assistance.
Collect feedback and strive to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage the beach's budget, including revenue collection and expense control.
Order and maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating activities.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety guidelines, and environmental laws.
Secure necessary permits and licenses for beachfront operations.

Plan and coordinate events, such as beach parties, concerts, or special promotions.
Collaborate with local authorities and vendors to execute successful events.
Promote environmental conservation and responsible beach use.
Implement recycling and waste management programs.
Participate in beach cleanup initiatives and educate staff and visitors about eco-friendly practices.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract visitors to the beach.
Collaborate with local tourism organizations and promote the beach as a destination.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and financial transactions. - Prepare regular reports for management or government agencies as required.
Stay updated on industry trends, safety standards, and best practices. - Identify opportunities for improvement in beach management and operations.

Attention to detail to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
