Job Summary
The Budgeting and Reporting Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis within the organization. This position will play a critical role in providing financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health and stability of the company.
Job Responsibilities 1
Manage reporting and consolidation procedures, will be responsible from the timely completion of the financial statement sets and relations with the auditors.
Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts for the organization, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures, in alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Coordinate the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to gather input, analyze data, and finalize budget plans.
Monitor budget performance against targets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial objectives are met.
Prepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly/quarterly financial statements, budget vs. actual analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management and other stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business expansion opportunities.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reporting and analysis tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, systems, and controls, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in budgeting, reporting, and financial management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support external audits and regulatory compliance efforts by providing timely and accurate financial information and documentation as required.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Strong IFRS, consolidation and reporting skills.
Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Proven track record of developing and managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance in a complex business environment.
Extensive experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, or a related financial field.
Excellent understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial reporting software preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
