Business Analytics Manager

Job Summary

The Group Business Analytics Manager is responsible to lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and insights across the organization. The role utilizes advanced analytics to drive business decisions, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities 1

Oversee and drive data mining and analytics projects to unlock value and support business objectives.

Provide data-driven recommendations to guide strategic business decisions and optimize performance.

Offer expertise on how to effectively use data for strategic planning and operational improvements.

Apply statistical procedures to identify key drivers of growth and profitability within the organization’s portfolio.

Interpret complex statistical data to develop actionable business solutions and address issues.

Develop new modeling methodologies and evaluate their effectiveness to assess marketing attribution and performance.

Suggest proactive and innovative strategies to enhance existing business partnerships and secure new opportunities.

Promote data analytics awareness and ensure the efficient implementation and integration of analytics systems.

Regularly review and assess the performance of analytics initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.

Work with various departments to ensure that data insights are effectively integrated into business strategies and operations.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and modeling techniques using tools such as Python, R, or SQL.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies and recommendations.

Skills in advising on the strategic use of data for decision-making and operational improvements.

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience with data management systems.

Strong ability to effectively present data insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
