Business Support Manager
Job Summary
The Business Support Manager provides comprehensive, direct and proactive support including involvement in project management of specific areas of work to oversee the development, implementation, and delivery to help keep the business running smoothly. The role supports the proper management of resources, meetings, and information to make sure the work is well-organized and that it runs smoothly with the goal of getting all projects and tasks completed on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities 1
Liaise with relevant teams to deliver on agreed strategy goals through supporting management.
Support development of new business development models and execution of the same.
Assist the management on identifying key support and actions required to deliver on existing business units and the development of new business units.
Work with Strategy Department to formulate winning of new ventures and execution of strategy.
Support the management in implementing appropriate changes, or where required.
Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the management to facilitate efficient decision making.
Participates in regular meetings with the management to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.
Foster and manage effective working relationships with the management, the senior management team, and a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders within the business units.
Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholders’ meetings and documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and assists in preparing presentations for internal/external stakeholders.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders inside/outside of the organization and manages their incoming requests.

Thorough understanding of business processes and operations to provide effective support and assistance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Proficiency in project management and coordination to ensure timely delivery of support services.
Problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that arise in day-to-day business operations.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
