Job Summary

    The Camp Manager is responsible in the management of employees’ accommodation and look after all camp aspects in terms of service, maintenance, furnishing, camp shifting, Safety and security, purchasing and operations to ensure that appropriate accommodations are given to the workers of the Company

Job Responsibilities 1

    Maintain records of all Company assets in the camps and perform an inventory to ensure proper monitoring.

    Conduct hygiene audits in the camp and kitchen.

    Assess and determine the need for repairs on the Company Camps and facilitate repair and maintenance to

    ensure safety.

    Manage to maintain camp rules and regulations in the unit in accordance with Company policies and

    procedures.

    Coordinate with HR department regarding any concerns of employees.

    Maintain records of all Company assets in the camps and perform inventory of the same to ensure proper

    monitoring.

    Ensure to conduct quarterly inventory and submit result to Line Manager; monthly maintenance and

    safekeeping of the Company assets and report on the same monthly.

Job Responsibilities 2

Ensure 100% location knowledge of the Company assets within the camp and report monthly.

Ensure to prepare daily report if even a single item is missing, damaged or need repair or replacement with

summary reports every week.

Reconcile with other Departments (e.g., LRD, etc.) regarding Labor Camp Attendance and Deployment to

projects for check and balance such as Absences, Sicknesses, Non-Reporting to both Camp and Project site, etc.

Ensure to conduct daily attendance reconciliation with another Department such as LRD, etc. as needed.

Ensure a minimum or zero late attendance on transporting labors to project sites.

Ensure daily record labors with frequent absences and note common excuses for non-attendance to projects.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of local employment laws/regulations sufficient to analyze proposed personnel policies. Knowledge

of management and supervision of others. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of

facilities maintenance. Computer literate in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related field
