Job Summary

The Cleaner is responsible to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for occupants and visitors. The cleaner play a crucial role in preserving the overall appearance and functionality of buildings and spaces.

Job Responsibilities 1

Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces, to

maintain a clean and germ-free environment.

Properly collect, segregate, and dispose of waste and recyclables following established guidelines and waste

management practices.

Ensure that restrooms are clean, well-stocked, and sanitized regularly, and monitor and replenish restroom

supplies as needed.

Maintain and care for various floor types, including carpets, tiles, and hardwood, by cleaning, polishing, and

applying protective treatments.

Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to provide a clear and spotless view.

Clean and sanitize kitchen and breakroom areas, including appliances, countertops, and communal spaces.

Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain their appearance and prolong their lifespan.

Adhere to environmental guidelines for cleaning products and practices, using eco-friendly and sustainable

methods whenever possible.

Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while handling cleaning chemicals and performing cleaning tasks.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in various cleaning methods, equipment, and products to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in facilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others while performing cleaning duties.

Ability to pay close attention to detail to identify areas requiring cleaning, effectively remove dirt and debris, and maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of facilities.

Job Experience

Minimum 2 year(s) working experience, 1 year relevant working experience, 1 year GCC is a plus
