Client Delivery Manager
Job Summary
The Client Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT solutions to clients while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project challenges proactively.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effectiveness.
Implement best project management practices, drive process improvements, and ensure proper documentation and governance.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project etc.).
Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise software.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and digital transformation practices is a plus.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
