Job Summary
The job purpose of a Cluster Senior Marketing Manager is to oversee and manage marketing initiatives across multiple properties or locations within a cluster. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, elevate brand equity, and ensure brand consistency across all channels and countries. The Cluster Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team of marketing specialists, coordinating with external agencies and vendors, and collaborating with other senior marketing managers to share knowledge and insights.
Job Responsibilities 1
Define and support marketing initiatives, campaign deployment, and revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, brand partners, and community partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies within budget.
Obtain market research to understand current trends, consumer needs, and desires to create target audiences and develop campaigns and promotions.
Plan and implement marketing strategies, including brand image creation, reaching new target audiences, and budget management.
Analyze marketing team performance and ensuring all personnel contribute effectively to marketing strategies and campaigns.
Provide assistance and expertise to staff, analyzing campaign success, and making modifications as needed.
Manage cluster marketing strategies and maintaining active engagement with Area Directors of Marketing to communicate recommendations.

Expertise in market research practices and techniques, enabling them to gather valuable insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to meet organizational goals and maximize brand visibility and profitability.
Proficiency in budgeting and cost analysis, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for marketing initiatives while maintaining financial efficiency.
Excel in supervising sales operations and public relations activities, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic partnerships.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
