Job Summary

The Commercial Administrator is part of  the commercial team to coordinate and manage key accounts and activities through assisting in the delivery and governance of commercial taks and activities.

Job Responsibilities 1

Conduct Process checks, maintain filing and invoice monitoring systems, and audit regularly.

Ensure to update the records of all invoices and creditors' payments.

Ensure of submitting accurate records of all transactions on a predifned basis bases.

Ensure to Perform reconciliation of banking transactions regularly.

Prepare all the invoices for external clients as per agreed timelines.

Follow up certification and collection with clients to assure the invoices certified and paid.

Prepare the Aging report on monthly basis and reconcile with finance department.

Job Responsibilities 2

Provide administrative support to the team to maintain an efficient office environment.

Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.

Perform invoice preparation tasks.

Revise the invoices as per the client types and categories.

Prepare and submit telephone invoice summary.

Complete closing of Advance Payment as per timelines.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
