Commercial Assistant
Job Summary
The Commercial Assistant is responsible to coordinate and manage key accounts and activities through assisting in the delivery and governance of commercial takes and activities.
Job Responsibilities 1
Conduct process checks, maintain filing and invoice monitoring systems and regular audits.
Ensure the timely update of all the records of invoices and creditors' payments, as relevant.
Ensure of submitting accurate records of all transactions on a predefined basis.
Ensure to Perform reconciliation of banking transactions regularly.
Prepare all the invoices for external clients as per agreed timelines.
Providing administrative support to the commercial management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
Assisting in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to support decision-making processes.
Supporting the preparation, review, and management of contracts, agreements, and proposals with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, conducting research on potential clients, and preparing sales presentations and reports.
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies

Job Knowledge & Skills
Good working knowledge and understanding of Letter of Credit and interactions with banks.
Working experience in SAP (SD Module preferred), Competent in Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and exposure to working with macros.
Strong team player, proven communication skills, and strong decision-making abilities are needed.
Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
