Job Summary

The Content Creation Manager develops and manages high-quality content that strengthens the corporate brand, supports communication strategies, and enhances engagement across Power International Holding and its subsidiaries. The role ensures consistent messaging, drives digital visibility, and provides strategic content support for corporate initiatives, campaigns, and leadership communication across the group.

Job Responsibilities 1

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Content Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a corporate content strategy aligned with PIH’s objectives and brand direction.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all content supports long-term brand growth and reinforces PIH’s corporate positioning across all channels.

Stakeholder, Government & Board Relations

  • Leadership Communication Support: Develop executive-level content and key messages for senior leadership communications.
  • Stakeholder Messaging: Create clear and consistent content for internal and external stakeholders including government-related announcements when required.

Financial Performance & Capital Management

  • Cost Optimization: Manage content production resources efficiently, optimizing use of agencies, tools, and internal capabilities.
  • Budget Adherence: Support the Marketing & Communications department in monitoring content-related budget usage.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Corporate Visibility: Produce content that enhances PIH’s presence in new markets and supports business development initiatives.
  • Campaign Support: Develop content for corporate launches, partnerships, and expansion-related marketing campaigns.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Content Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to PIH communication policies, confidentiality protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Brand Governance: Maintain strict brand consistency across all content, platforms, and subsidiaries.

Operational Excellence & Efficiency

  • Content Planning: Maintain a structured corporate content calendar ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
  • Workflow Optimization: Streamline content production processes to improve speed, clarity, and operational efficiency.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

  • Digital Content Optimization: Utilize analytics, insights, and digital tools to enhance content performance across platforms.
  • Innovation in Formats: Introduce new content formats, technologies, and creative techniques to elevate audience engagement.

Brand, Reputation & Communication

  • Reputation Management: Develop content that strengthens corporate reputation and supports crisis communication when required.
  • Corporate Messaging: Produce unified content for corporate campaigns, leadership messages, and group-wide initiatives.

Sustainability, ESG & Corporate Responsibility

  • ESG Messaging: Create and manage content related to sustainability, ESG achievements, and corporate responsibility programs.
  • Awareness Campaigns: Support ESG-related communication initiatives to enhance group visibility and stakeholder engagement.

People, Culture & Organizational Leadership

  • Collaboration: Work with departments and subsidiaries to gather information and produce content aligned with organizational culture.
  • Team Support: Guide junior team members and collaborate with designers, videographers, and communication staff.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Content Development Expertise: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across multiple formats.

Project Coordination: Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple concurrent tasks.

Brand Management: Clear understanding of brand consistency, tone of voice, and corporate communication standards.

Job Experience

Content Development: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in content creation, digital communication, or corporate communications.

Corporate / Holding Exposure: Experience in a corporate environment, holding group, or diversified conglomerate preferred.

Multimedia & Digital: Strong experience producing digital and multimedia content across platforms.
