Job Summary

    The Content Specialist in entertainment operations is involved in crafting compelling and engaging content across various platforms to captivate audiences and promote the venue's entertainment offerings. They curate multimedia content, including videos, images, and written materials, to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and ultimately increase attendance and revenue. Additionally, Content Specialists collaborate with marketing teams and entertainment professionals to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment with the venue's brand identity and objectives.

Job Responsibilities 1

    Execute the content development process (design, resources planning, training and implementation) of the activities and variable programs, making sure they are delivered within the set timeline and within the Company objectives)

    Execute the development of all content documentation (matrixes, presentations, programs manuals, collaterals, multimedia, purchasing list, etc.).

    Collaborate with the Sponsors’ teams to research and understand Sponsor’s brand, communication goals and participation objectives.

    Collaborate with the Marketing team to research and understand market preferences and trends.

    Create and/or adapt concepts to support pitches for potential Sponsors.

    Create and/or adapt concepts to support new activities for existing Sponsors.

    Evaluate activities, show performances, special events and variable program activities to ensure the correct usage of brands, procedures and products.

    Evaluate staff performance and providing feedback with regards to activity key elements and role-play, to ensure performance within the set standards.

    Evaluate the proper handling of food in food-related establishments.

    Evaluate the appropriate use of consumables and role-play uniforms.

    Evaluate the proper handling of machinery and equipment.

    Evaluate the appropriate use and implementation of the corresponding activity script.

    Evaluate the quality and safety of all elements used in the activities: ingredients, utensils, etc.

    Evaluate the image according to the brand standards and Sponsors’ requirements.

    Evaluate Character appearances both inside and outside the park, to ensure performance within the set standards (when applicable).

    Evaluate Marketing activations both inside and outside the park (when applicable).

Job Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in creating diverse multimedia content such as videos, images, and written materials tailored to different platforms and audiences.

Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and content distribution strategies, to maximize reach and engagement.

Ability to analyze audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to develop content strategies that resonate and drive interaction.

Skill in crafting compelling narratives and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate the venue's entertainment offerings and brand message.

Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing platforms for content scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
