Job Summary

    The Copywriter writes effective  sales and  marketing copy  for  all  types  of  marketing  materials  both  online  and offline. Responsible for  brainstorming,  creating,  and  transforming  ideas  into  words  for  articles, advertisements,  publications,  and  pamphlets. Works closely  with  the  creative  teams  to  produce relevant copy for brochures, sales materials and products. Researches the subject matter to ensure the quality and accuracy of the copy.

Job Responsibilities 1

    Craft compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including advertisements, websites, emails, social media, and print materials, to effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences.

    Collaborate with marketing managers, art directors, and designers to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

    Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform messaging strategies and ensure relevance and effectiveness.

    Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy that adheres to brand voice and style guidelines, while also optimizing for readability and search engine visibility.

    Tailor messaging and tone to suit different platforms and audiences, adapting style and language as necessary to maximize impact and engagement.

    Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards, as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience insights, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in copywriting and digital marketing to continuously improve skills and performance.

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively to meet client and organizational requirements.

    Measure and analyze the performance of copywriting efforts using relevant metrics and feedback, leveraging insights to optimize future campaigns and messaging strategies.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of online content strategy and creation

Adept in the structure and content, including spelling, rules of composition, grammar and advanced reading comprehension

Experience with SEO with strong research skills

Solid understanding of online copywriting and how it impacts on search engine optimization

Familiarity with Online Analytics platforms, experience in PR and Advertising industries

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
