Job Summary

The Corporate Travel Supervisor manages and supervises daily activities of corporate travel staff. The role works with corporate clients and assists in preparing travel plans and manage the travel booking portal ensuring timely updates of information and provide management information. The role provides continuous improvements to help the organization achieve its overall objectives through best practice, achieving value for money and delivering excellent customer services.

Job Responsibilities 1

​​​​​Supervise Corporate Travel team to provide feedback on the service provision and continually improve the travel experience.

Provide expert advice, secures the best value options for the clients, and ensures they have a positive travel experience.

Manage the daily operations to always ensure full compliance with the service level agreement.

Provides coaching/mentoring to corporate travel coordinators to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of policies and procedures across the organization.

Understand and meet travel requirements of corporate clients

Help customers in finding a suitable hotel or plan their independent travel

Handle new bookings, reissuance, refunds, EMDs etc

Create the PNRs professionally with the customers contact details, frequent flyer number, staff contact details etc.

Check the Queues frequently and action properly and accordingly in a daily basis.

 

Job Responsibilities 2

Approach and assist customers with Hotel bookings, Visa assistance, travel insurance, International driving license and vehicle hire.

Respond to all client calls and emails quickly, professionally and courteously.

Inform customers and makes re-booking in case of schedule changes

Attend to corporate client’s request/query without diverting to another staff.

Handle travel requirements of corporate companies if any emergency case.

Well versed in various areas of travel (Domestic/ International, Business/Holidays, Group/Individual)

Extensive knowledge of travel service and industry

 Knowledge of one or more foreign languages.

 ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
