Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement comprehensive debt management strategies to optimize borrowing costs and financial stability.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and risk management practices related to debt.
Oversee the management of the company's debt portfolio, including monitoring interest rates, refinancing, and repayment schedules.
Provide detailed analysis and regular reports on debt positions, financial impacts, and market conditions to senior leadership.
Identify and secure funding opportunities to support business expansion and growth initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform debt strategy and identify opportunities for cost savings and financial optimization.
Lead and develop the debt management team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively manage the company's debt portfolio.
Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and other financial stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Implement and utilize financial software and tools to enhance debt management processes and reporting capabilities.
Leverage data analytics to inform debt management strategies and improve financial decision-making.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Expertise in analyzing financial statements, understanding debt instruments, and managing large debt portfolios.
Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks associated with debt management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Ability to develop and implement strategic debt management plans that align with the organization's financial goals and growth objectives.
Deep understanding of financial markets, interest rates, and economic factors that influence borrowing and lending conditions.
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team, along with excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with lenders, stakeholders, and senior management.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
