Job Summary

The Digital and Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization’s digital presence across social media platforms, websites, and digital communication channels. The role supports brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication initiatives through the creation, coordination, and monitoring of high-quality digital content aligned with organizational objectives and brand standards.

 

Job Responsibilities 1

Digital Content Management

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging digital content including graphics, captions, videos, articles, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
  • Content Scheduling: Manage publishing calendars and schedule content across digital and social media platforms to ensure consistent communication and audience engagement.

Social Media Management

  • Platform Administration: Manage official social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor interactions, respond to inquiries, and support community engagement initiatives to strengthen the organization’s digital reputation.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and awareness initiatives to improve visibility and stakeholder reach.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

Brand & Corporate Communications

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital communications and online materials comply with corporate branding, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.
  • Corporate Messaging: Assist in communicating organizational announcements, achievements, events, and initiatives through digital channels.

Website & Online Presence

  • Website Updates: Coordinate updates to website content, banners, announcements, and multimedia assets to maintain relevance and accuracy.
  • SEO Optimization: Support basic search engine optimization activities to improve online visibility and website traffic.

Multimedia & Creative Coordination

  • Creative Collaboration: Work with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to develop compelling digital assets.
  • Video & Visual Editing: Assist in basic editing and optimization of videos, images, and digital media content for multiple platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Digital Analytics: Generate regular reports on social media growth, engagement metrics, audience trends, and campaign performance.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging digital practices to support continuous improvement.

Compliance & Governance

  • Policy Compliance: Ensure digital communications comply with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Reputation Management: Escalate sensitive online issues or reputational risks to management in a timely manner.

Job Knowledge & Skills

  • Social Media Strategy: Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement techniques, and digital communication trends.
  • Content Development: Ability to create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Digital Analytics: Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and campaign tracking methodologies.
  • Creative & Design Tools: Familiarity with digital design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage corporate messaging professionally.

Job Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or corporate communications.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms and executing digital campaigns within corporate or agency environments.
  • Exposure to content management systems, analytics tools, and multimedia content development is preferred.
