Job Summary

Facial Technician responsibilities include conducting skin analyses, giving cosmetics treatments and using devices and different techniques. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with beauty therapies and good knowledge of skin and body care products. Ultimately, you will increase client satisfaction and boost our company’s reputation by providing professional beauty services.

Job Responsibilities 1

    • Evaluating clients’ beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analyses. Providing facial and body hair removal treatments. Explaining all treatment procedures to clients. Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments. Enhance clients’ beauty by providing them with hair removal treatments that involve both facial and body hair Manage appointments and follow-up visits Offering clients advice on cosmetic and skincare products. Properly sterilizing beauty tools and equipment after every use. Ensuring that used inventory is replaced. Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments, when appropriate. Update client records with contact details and treatments received To adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices. To turn off equipment and lights after use.

    • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Demonstrates good communication skills, interacts effectively with patients, visitors and other staff Ensures annual competencies are current according to MOPH and local guidelines. Attends meetings pertinent to department when requested. Follows clinic policies and procedures. Works within the Professional Code of Conduct. Reports unsafe practice to Head of Nursing / Nursing Supervisor/GM/CMO. Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and client facility staff. Any other task as assigned by management on a time-to-time basis as per the organization's needs.
