Job Summary

To coordinate and control all Projects related MEP requirements to ensure programme requirements together with the highest quality of work.

Job Responsibilities 1

Coordination with the Site / Project Engineers (Electrical) for job instructions Estimating of material as per drawing and site requirement Should follow job instructions as per approved Method Statement Ensure to achieve job target by allocating proper number of workers Ensuring job safety Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings Communication skills to convey information to Technician’s Discipline Toolbox Talks to workers on daily basis or as and when a new activity is undertaken Induction Training of labours Knowledge of Electrical Installations works for small power / lighting / Switchgears / Fire Alarm System/Low current systems

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Able to read drawing, estimate quantity, good knowledge of MEP activities and able to guide and supervise work forc

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 years of working experience out of which 3 in GCC region
