Job Responsibilities 1
Energy & Utilities Operations Leadership
Lead day‑to‑day operations of power generation, distribution networks, and utility systems, ensuring continuous and reliable supply to operational facilities and consumers.
Asset Performance & Reliability Management
Monitor asset condition, availability, and performance indicators. Drive initiatives that improve reliability, reduce outages, and optimise operational efficiency.
Operational Safety & Compliance Control
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements. Enforce permit‑to‑work, isolation, and risk control practices across energy systems.
Maintenance & Outage Planning
Coordinate maintenance activities and planned outages to minimise operational disruption. Ensure preventive and corrective programs are executed effectively and within approved schedules.
Energy Efficiency & Cost Optimisation
Support initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs through optimisation, technology upgrades, and performance benchmarking.
Incident, Risk & Emergency Response
Lead response to energy‑related incidents, system failures, or emergencies. Ensure root‑cause analysis and corrective measures are implemented.

Capability to lead teams, manage contractors, and coordinate cross‑functional operations.
Job Experience
- 12–15+ years of experience in energy, utilities, or power operations environments.
- Proven responsibility for operational management of energy systems or utilities infrastructure.
- Experience working in continuous‑operation or utility‑critical environments.
