Job Summary
To support the Human Resoures function on the whole as an internal consultant which develops a people agenda that aligns to and supports the overall strategic objectives of the group.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Engage with business units to become a trusted partner to shape positive changes, understanding business unit’s objectives, business plans and challenges, while at the same time ensuring business units understand the business environment that HR and PIH operates, including realistic time frame on HR project delivery.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units to provide daily HR guidance on a range of issue such as organisational design & structure, resource planning, budget requirements, employee engagement and training & development with the objective to close out any issues, activities, and request. Direct to appropriate decision maker.
- Assist with the development of accurate job descriptions and the recruitment approval process.
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective analyses, while the same time educating business units of HR guidelines, processes and policy.
- Contribute in the development and implementation of the annual HR Plan in partnership with the business and HR functions, ensuring cross collaboration and support is provided in achieving the plan.
- Participate and contribute in identifying and building organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes.

Job Knowledge & Skills
• Have a strong understanding of best practice HR Management theories
• Hold experience in Org design, JD development, grievance handling and experience in handling investigations
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience on HR Generalist role.
