HR Data Analyst
Job Summary
The HR Data Analyst will be involved in the basics of data-driven HR in the Organization. S/He will be involved in the aggregation of data, maintaining HR data quality, and the analysis of data.
Job Responsibilities 1
Researches, analyzes, and presents data as assigned.
Collects, structures, and analyzes HR data to find patterns, trends, and predictions.
Writes detailed reports and troubleshoots data and reports.
Assists in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assists in rollout and implementation of HR programs.
Implements and reports on relevant HR metrics to measure the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
Ensures data quality and compliance with employment laws and policies.
Creates and updates dashboards and reports on various HR aspects, such as payroll, recruitment, retention, turnover, compensation, and benefits.
Develops standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.

Gathers benchmark data and maps out salary ranges for open positions.
Forecasts costs and helps create budgets.
Ensures compliance with data privacy and protection guideline.

Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to work with multiple sources of data.
ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to succeed in environment with conflicting priorities.
proficiency in BI tools such as tableau, Power BI and similar software
Job Experience
Minimun 2 years of experince working in Human Resources
2 + years of experience as an HR specialist or HR data analyst
2 years in GCC, is preferred
