Provide courteous and professional assistance to passengers across hospitality touchpoints.

Service Standards Compliance

Deliver services in line with defined hospitality and airport standards.

Operational Safety Awareness

Adhere to safety, access, and security procedures while delivering services.

Customer Issue Resolution

Support resolution of passenger issues and escalate when needed.

Service Area Readiness

Ensure hospitality areas remain clean, orderly, and service‑ready.

Operational Communication

Coordinate with supervisors and operations on service needs.
