Job Summary

Job Responsibilities 1

Principal Accountabilities


  • To set and maintain exceptionally high standard of cleaning on a daily basis in accordance with company standards
  • Supervision of cleaning operations and supervision of cleaning staff working all areas

Job Responsibilities 2

1. To maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment. Ensure that all chemicals used in the contract area are properly labelled and stored
2. To ensure that all equipment, furniture and furnishings are maintained, checked and kept in good working order in accordance with company procedures and report all relevant faults.
3. To report all maintenance issues to the Manager and Maintenance Department
4.  Consistently monitoring and reviewing ways to improve timings, standards and systems in order for the Department to continue improving and for budgets to be met.
5. Organise monthly inspection checks and ensure completion is met and all documentation is filed appropriately
6. To carry out any reasonable request made by the direct Manager  in a timely and cost effective manner and reporting all problems performing these duties

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies of the business

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
