Job Summary

    The IT Analyst ensures that the business application(s) satisfies the business requirements and system goals; fulfills end-user requirements; and identifies and resolves support issues. Ensures that any systems integrations functions will be made as per the specifications.

Job Responsibilities 1

    Identify and resolve systems issues and to ensure that any new software integration into Company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications. Generate and compiles reports based on their findings.

    Deliver support to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives and to educate employees of the various department policies.

    Assist in the design, delivery, and improvement of ERP deliverables and all other software applications training programs and related courseware.

    Troubleshoot applications and software for all internal employees, such as operations, finance, and other business units.

    Coordinate and liaise with ERP/ Business application vendor in the projects.

    Create and deploy feedback mechanisms for end users. Analyze results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes.

    Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and system goals, and identify and resolve system issues.

    Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.

    Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, team of analysts, development teams, end users, external support vendors and department heads.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of ERP Systems, other related systems like Business Intelligence, Point of Sale machines and their implementations

Knowledge of network and PC operating systems

Knowledge in importing data for use in report

Knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spread sheets, graphs, and flow charts software, spread sheets, graphs, and flow charts

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Profesional degree in Certifications in Tier-1 ERP systems from Microsoft, SAP or Oracle
