Job Summary
The Allied Health Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of allied health services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to promoting a collaborative and patient-centered approach.
Job Responsibilities 1
Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, and social workers. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and support professional development through coaching, mentoring, and training.
Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of allied health services, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix to meet patient care demands and optimize service delivery.
Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered allied health services. Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols in line with evidence-based practices and organizational standards.
Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the allied health budget, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Ensure the efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards of care.

Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and accreditation guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation and records and prepare reports for regulatory and accreditation bodies as required.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to promote integrated, multidisciplinary care. Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and strategic planning sessions to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Patient and Community Engagement: Engage with patients, families, and community stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of allied health services. Develop and implement community outreach programs to support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

Job Experience
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an allied health profession, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role in the healthcare sector.
Minimum 3 year in GCC (preferred)
