Job Summary

The main purpose of the job is to engage the clients by providing an excellent service. Demonstrate makeup expertise through the service, by making use of the makeup products to create and present the latest trends in a professional style.

Job Responsibilities 1

• Achieve the daily, weekly & monthly targets as set by the manager.
• Greet, welcome and provide personalized service to the clients/customers.
• Deal confidently about make up with the customers.
• Apply the products by respecting the brand image i.e., all the hygiene guidelines and application skills.
• Provide excellent service that can surpass client’s expectations by applying consistency in the process.
• Provide personized Makeup consultation in an efficient time.
• Cross & link sales by advising customers on different product lines.
• Beware of the Makeup contribution in terms of targets and show proactivity by giving tips to the team on how to apply /sell.
• Support and demonstrate a positive spirit to the team.
• Show proactivity by participating to daily briefings, giving feedback related to products, customers and other possible challenges faced.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• An awareness of current trends in design, fashion and culture which is related to the makeup.

• A high level of attention to detail.

• The ability to work to deadlines.

• Multi-tasking

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
