Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing and Communications department initiatives by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning meetings and trade shows, maintaining databases and relevant reports. The role aims to increase brand awareness, promote Company services and drive prospects to conversions.
Job Responsibilities 1
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans, including promotional materials, digital content and social media strategies.
Coordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications including brochures, emails, newsletters and presentations.
Support the management of the Company's social media profiles, ensuring content is timely, relevant and engaging.
Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and understand customer trends.
Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators and design teams for on-site collateral.
Provide administrative support to the marketing and communication team by compiling, formatting and reporting information and materials.
Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
Maintain a well organized database of marketing materials and digital assets.
Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to gather input for marketing materials.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Experience in planning and managing events such as trade shows, workshops and corporate events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and enhancing brand visibility within hospitality context.
Strong orientation towards customer service with skills in customer interaction, feedback collection and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, which is crucial in hospitality sector.
Deep understanding of brand building and management specific to hospitality industry, ensuring all marketing strategies and materials consistently reflect the brand's values and message.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
