Marketing and Communications Director
Job Summary
The Marketing and Communications Director will lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to enhance the organization’s brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader who can blend strategic thinking with creative execution while managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels, campaigns, and materials.
Lead the development of compelling content for digital, print, and broadcast platforms to drive engagement and awareness.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Establish and maintain strong media relations, handle crisis communications, and enhance public perception of the organization.
Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to maximize visibility and impact.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and communications team.
Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Define and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role (this point to be available for all roles that have SAP access)aa
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
