Job Summary

    The Master Data Officer is responsible in monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization.  Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining.

Job Responsibilities 1

    Perform analytical and reporting activities accurately and efficiently to support the activities including provide the updated master records to Market.

    Liaise with the various Finance Section, business users and other business units and their suppliers to provide information related to supplier master data and existing processes including any potential.

    Lead in system monitoring and user management related activities to ensure alignment of initiatives.

    Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.

    Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.

    Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in data management principles and practices, including data governance, data quality, and data stewardship.

Strong understanding of master data concepts and structures, with the ability to analyze, cleanse, and maintain master data records effectively.

Experience with master data management (MDM) systems and tools, such as SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, or IBM Infosphere MDM.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to master data management, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX compliance.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across departments to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity and consistency.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
