Operations Supervisor
Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day venue operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and maintaining guest satisfaction. They coordinate staff, enforce safety protocols, and optimize operational efficiency to enhance the overall guest experience and uphold organizational standards. Additionally, they contribute to revenue generation and the success of the entertainment venue through effective management and supervision.
Job Responsibilities 1
Supervise and Lead research, development and execution of all Consumer Event Operations.
Collaborate with Entertainment Theming, Operations, Production, Tactical Events and Theatrical Services teams to achieve project goals and objectives including the Consumer Events rehearsals, installations etc.
Supervise Consumer Events and Entertainment Department expense, labor, and capital budgets that align with Park and Departmental objectives, including requisitions, purchase orders, tracking and follow up.
Supervise the recruitment, hiring, development, performance and evaluation of the internal Consumer Events teams.
Supervise the quality assurance of Consumer Events product and support areas.
Develop, implement, and supervise the Consumer Events department training programs.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Accountable for inventory level.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics and organization objectives Identifies training needs and provide coaching.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. Suggests and organizes team building activities.
Handle all purchase requests / orders and delivery.
Coordinate closely with central functions related to (Finance , Human resources , procurement , IT , legal and Marketing ) to implement Company policies .
Initiate and promote birthdays , events to attract more clients and generate more revenues .
Oversee all the machines and tools functionality including maintenance.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of entertainment venue operations, including ticketing, crowd management, and facility maintenance.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a cohesive team environment.
Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff during events or activities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Effective problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges, make quick decisions, and implement solutions to maintain smooth venue operations.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
