Job Summary
The Organizational Design Analyst is responsible to analyze and assess organizational structures, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. They are responsible for conducting research, collecting data, and performing analysis to understand current organizational dynamics and challenges. Additionally, Organizational Design Analysts play a key role in designing and recommending changes to organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to enhance efficiency, agility, and effectiveness. They collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather input, validate findings, and develop implementation plans.
Job Responsibilities 1
Conduct research and analysis to assess current organizational structures, processes, and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Gather and analyze data on organizational performance metrics, such as productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement, to inform organizational design decisions.
Develop and recommend changes to organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to enhance efficiency, agility, and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather input, validate findings, and develop implementation plans for organizational design changes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to communicate findings and proposals to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Support the implementation of organizational design changes by providing guidance, training, and support to relevant departments and teams.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational design changes, collecting feedback and making adjustments as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational design to ensure alignment with current and future needs.
Provide expertise and guidance on organizational design principles, methodologies, and tools to support decision-making and problem-solving.
Collaborate with HR partners and other departments to ensure alignment between organizational design initiatives and broader talent management strategies.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Extensive knowledge of organizational theory, design principles, and best practices to effectively analyze and optimize organizational structures.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for assessing complex organizational challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing innovative design solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools enables the interpretation of organizational data and the presentation of insights to stakeholders.
Experience in project management and change management methodologies enhances the ability to plan and implement organizational design initiatives effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and gaining buy-in for organizational design changes.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
