Organizational Design Specialist
Job Summary
The Organizational Design Specialist is responsible for the creation and implementation of effective organizational structures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and overall performance within a Company. This role focuses on aligning the organization's structure, processes, and people with its strategic goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities 1
Analyze the current organizational structure to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Design and recommend changes to the organizational structure to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that the structure aligns with the organization's goals and supports its overall strategy.
Evaluate and redesign business processes to streamline operations and improve workflow.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and proposing solutions.
Implement best practices to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Facilitate and manage organizational change initiatives.
Provide support and guidance to employees and leaders during periods of change.
Develop communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
Ensure that the organization has the right people in the right roles to achieve its objectives.
Align organizational design efforts with the overall strategic goals of the Company.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into organizational design strategies.
Continuously assess and adjust the organizational design to respond to changes in the business environment.
Utilize data and metrics to inform organizational design decisions.
Conduct organizational assessments and using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational design changes over time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, to implement organizational design changes.
Communicate changes effectively to all levels of the organization.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for organizational design initiatives.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Extensive knowledge of organizational theory, design principles, and best practices to effectively analyze and optimize organizational structures.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for assessing complex organizational challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing innovative design solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools enables the interpretation of organizational data and the presentation of insights to stakeholders.
Experience in project management and change management methodologies enhances the ability to plan and implement organizational design initiatives effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and gaining buy-in for organizational design changes.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
