PMO Engineer Airport

The PMO Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and performance monitoring of airport projects and operational initiatives. The role ensures consistency in project governance, reporting, and execution disciplines across airport infrastructure and operational programmes, enabling effective decision‑making and delivery control within a live airport environment.

Project Planning & Scheduling Support

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and delivery plans for airport projects and initiatives. Track progress against milestones and dependencies.

Project Governance & Assurance

Support implementation of project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to approved methodologies, reporting standards, and documentation requirements.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, cost, and risk dimensions. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for project and operational leadership.

Risk & Change Control Coordination

Support identification, tracking, and escalation of project risks, issues, and change requests. Maintain accurate records and support mitigation planning.

Cross‑Project Coordination

Assist in managing interdependencies across multiple airport projects to minimise operational conflicts and resource clashes.

Airport Project Governance

Understanding of project management structures and controls required in aviation and operational environments.

Planning & Scheduling Techniques

Proficiency in developing and managing project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.

Project Performance Reporting

Ability to consolidate project data into meaningful performance reports for management review.

Risk & Change Management Processes

Knowledge of how risks, issues, and changes are managed within structured project environments.

Operational Coordination

Ability to support project delivery while respecting live airport operational constraints.

8–10+ years of experience in project management support roles within infrastructure, aviation, or operational environments.

Experience supporting live operational projects with multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with project governance and reporting frameworks.
