Job Summary
Job Responsibilities 1
Project Planning & Scheduling Support
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and delivery plans for airport projects and initiatives. Track progress against milestones and dependencies.
Project Governance & Assurance
Support implementation of project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to approved methodologies, reporting standards, and documentation requirements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, cost, and risk dimensions. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for project and operational leadership.
Risk & Change Control Coordination
Support identification, tracking, and escalation of project risks, issues, and change requests. Maintain accurate records and support mitigation planning.
Cross‑Project Coordination
Assist in managing interdependencies across multiple airport projects to minimise operational conflicts and resource clashes.
