Job Summary
The Partnership/Sponsorship Executive is responsible to assist in the development and delivery of the commercial partnership and sponsorship strategy and engagement with key intermediaries across domestic and international markets that leads to annual revenue and commercial growth targets.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement intermediary strategy that leads to strengthening organization internal and external partnerships and sponsorships
Lead the planning internally and provides projection on how growth affects the entire organization.
Continually research and identify new potential partners/sponsors and opportunities to enhance existing partnership
Develop tools and systems to support partnership and sponsorship development and management activities, and helps manage specific projects that are uniquely dependent on partnerships and sponsors
Researching potential partnership opportunities, identifying suitable organizations or individuals to collaborate with, and initiating contact to explore mutually beneficial sponsorship arrangements.
Craft compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to the needs and interests of potential partners, outlining the benefits of collaboration, such as brand exposure, access to target audiences, or involvement in specific events or initiatives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors is crucial. Partnership/Sponsorship Executives foster ongoing communication, address concerns, and ensure that sponsors receive the agreed-upon benefits and recognition.
Negotiate sponsorship agreements, including terms, pricing, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring that agreements align with the objectives of both parties while protecting the interests of their organization.
Monitor the effectiveness of sponsorship agreements, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to sponsors, demonstrating the value of their investment and identifying opportunities for optimization or expansion.

Excel in fostering strong relationships with potential and existing partners, demonstrating effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Adept at crafting compelling sponsorship proposals that outline the benefits and value propositions for potential sponsors, leveraging creativity and strategic thinking to attract partnerships.
Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring that terms, conditions, and deliverables meet the needs of both parties while safeguarding the organization's interests.
Possess the ability to track and analyze the effectiveness of partnership/sponsorship agreements, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies, maximize ROI, and cultivate long-term partnerships.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
