Pre Sales Solutions Architect
Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Solution Architect is responsible for translating customer needs into innovative technical solutions. This role requires close collaboration with sales to assess client requirements, design customized IT solutions, and deliver compelling technical proposals
Job Responsibilities 1
Work with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
Design and propose IT solutions, including cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
Assist responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer queries.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot deployments to showcase solution capabilities.
Liaise with internal teams (engineering, product development, project management) to align proposed solutions with company capabilities.
Work with vendors and technology partners to incorporate third-party solutions where necessary.
Act as a technical advisor for both customers and internal teams.
Continuously enhance knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud platforms security frameworks, and enterprise applications.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Job Experience
Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including cloud computing, networking, security, and software applications.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in responding to RFPs, preparing technical documentation, and conducting PoCs.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
