Productivity Manager
Job Summary
The Productivity Manager is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving employee productivity using the Teramind employee monitoring and analytics platform. The role focuses on data-driven performance insights, behavioral analysis, compliance monitoring, and reporting to support management decisions while ensuring ethical use and data privacy compliance.
Job Responsibilities 1
Productivity Monitoring & Analysis
Configure and manage Teramind dashboards, policies, and rules to track employee productivity and activity.
Monitor user behavior, application usage, website activity, idle time, and workflow efficiency.
Identify productivity gaps, bottlenecks, and patterns affecting operational performance.
Reporting & Insights
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports for management.
Analyze trends and provide insights on employee efficiency, utilization, and time management.
Prepare executive summaries and KPI dashboards with clear recommendations.
Performance Improvement
Collaborate with department heads to develop productivity improvement plans.
Recommend workflow optimizations, process improvements, and training needs based on data analysis.
Track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives using Teramind metrics.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure monitoring practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
Maintain transparency and ethical use of employee monitoring tools.
Support internal audits and investigations when required (e.g., policy violations or data misuse).
System Administration
Manage Teramind user roles, permissions, alerts, and integrations.
Coordinate with IT and HR for system updates, access control, and issue resolution

Job Knowledge & Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Teramind (Behavior Analytics, DLP, Productivity modules)
Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools
Understanding of workforce analytics and performance metrics
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent presentation and reporting skills
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
High level of confidentiality and ethical judgment
Job Experience
12 years of experience in productivity analysis, workforce analytics, or performance management
Prior experience in HR analytics, operations, or IT governance is a plus
