QA/QC Officer
Job Responsibilities 1
Inspect completed work or work in progress to determine whether the work meet the specifications.
Identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality.
Assist in establishing control of QA/QC Plans, Method of Statements and Test Plans before commencement of the project and implementing it during the project in order to meet the project quality requirements and client’s expectations.
Ensure the products received are complaint with established Quality and Food Safety Standards.
Conduct the quality tool box and method statement briefing for all the activities.
Ensures all incoming materials are checked as per the project specifications and approved material submittals.
Identifies approaches and methods to improve overall quality.

Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
Train employees on IMS at assigned locations.
Make the inspection reports and report to the line manager.
Take necessary corrections, corrective actions and follow up with the effectiveness.

Job Summary
The QA/QC Officer reviews and understand plans and specifications, and compare completed work against the specification requirements. The role assists in monitoring overall performance with regards to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements.
Additional Responsibilities 3
Job Knowledge & Skills
In-depth knowledge on the Quality Management System (QMS) or Integrated Management System
(IMS).
Proficient in computer applications and systems such as Microsoft Office, SAP and PowerBI, Dashboard
Analyzes complex technical data such as using logic and quantitative reasoning.
Knowledge of work related standards, specifications, and quality systems such as: ISO 9001, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, MOPH requirements, GSO requirements, & CLient requirements.
With enough technical experience on dealing with various QC
issues.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
