Job Summary

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned retail outlets, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. The role focuses on implementing retail strategies, managing store teams, and maintaining compliance with company standards and policies. The Retail Manager acts as the link between store teams and the higher management, providing input for strategic initiatives and executing them at store level.

Job Responsibilities 1

Oversee daily retail operations across assigned stores to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

Monitor store performance and drive initiatives to achieve sales, profit, and customer service targets.

Ensure proper execution of merchandising, inventory management, and promotional activities.

Manage store budgets, expenses, and resources effectively.

Review financial performance reports and take corrective actions to meet KPIs.

Support the higher management in forecasting, planning, and achieving business objectives.

Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, supply chain) to support retail operations.

Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and staff to achieve performance goals.

Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.

Implement company initiatives to enhance the overall customer journey.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying opportunities for service improvements.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.

Knowledge of retail systems, merchandising, and customer experience management.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Champions exceptional service standards.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus

Education
