Job Summary

    The Retail Sales Executive promotes products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service. 

Job Responsibilities 1

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

    Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.

    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.

    Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet both customer and Company requirements.

    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

    Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.

    Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and decision-making.

    Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Company products and services.

    Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Thorough knowledge of retail sales principles, including customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers, providing assistance and addressing inquiries.

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software to process transactions and manage inventory.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate product displays, pricing, and inventory management.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
