Job Summary
The Sales Executive operates within a dynamic hospitality environment, supporting sales, marketing, and event coordination activities. This role involves multitasking to drive business growth, maintain client relationships, and support team objectives, while ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.

Assist the Project Director in setting objectives and implementing the company’s sales strategy.

Identify new prospects, generate leads, and convert them into clients.

Propose, negotiate, close, and transition new customers within a consultative sales approach.

Present and sell services to clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and preferences.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

Track, report, and analyze sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasts and achievement of individual and team targets.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate client requirements.

Gather client and prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve services.

Prepare and present reports and updates as required.

Support marketing initiatives and coordinate events in line with brand standards.

Sales executives must be adept negotiators, capable of finding mutually beneficial solutions and closing deals while maintaining profitability for their Company.
The ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and internal processes is vital in the dynamic field of sales, enabling professionals to stay competitive and achieve targets.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
