Job Summary

    The Senior Business Development Officer is responsible to spearhead strategic initiatives, cultivate key relationships, and drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. They lead the development and execution of business expansion plans, leveraging market insights and industry trends to achieve organizational objectives and strengthen market position.

Job Responsibilities 1

    Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with organizational objectives, identifying growth opportunities and market trends.

    Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market segments, and emerging trends, providing insights to support decision-making.

    Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and preferences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and cold calling, qualifying opportunities and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth.

    Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, outlining value propositions, solutions, and benefits to secure new business opportunities.

    Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, leveraging strong negotiation skills and business acumen to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

    Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support business development initiatives and ensure alignment with Company goals.

    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, evaluating business development efforts' effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in business development, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and optimize strategies for growth.

Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and understanding industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, fostering trust and collaboration to drive business growth.

Knowledge of sales principles and techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation, to effectively convert leads into profitable business opportunities.

Ability to develop and implement strategic business development plans, aligning objectives with organizational goals and allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions, present proposals, and engage with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision-making and driving results.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
