Job Responsibilities 1

    Oversee all aspects of camp operations, including accommodation, facilities, and services, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

    Develop and implement camp policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain order, efficiency, and a positive guest experience.

    Supervise camp staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure high-quality service delivery.

    Manage camp budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

    Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure necessary goods and services for camp operations.

    Maintain camp infrastructure and equipment, conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs as needed.

    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and licensing requirements governing camp operations.

    Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction.

    Monitor and assess camp performance, guest feedback, and occupancy levels, implementing improvements and marketing strategies as necessary.

    Collaborate with other departments or stakeholders to organize special events, activities, or programs to enhance the guest experience and attract visitors.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of local employment laws/regulations sufficient to analyze proposed personnel policies.Knowledge of management and supervision of others.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of facilities maintenance.Computer literate in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
