Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
The Senior Compliance Analyst oversees and executes compliance assessments, and is responsible to analyze, review and report on the end-to-end processes on SAP in accordance with policies, procedures, industry best practices and governmental laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities 1
Identify areas of compliance – Company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Conduct functional analyses and reviews including Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, HR and Payroll, Commercial and Cost Control to identify areas of non-compliance and advise mitigations to address non-compliance and ensure alignment of compliance efforts with organizational objectives.
Perform investigate reports with compliance issues, irregularities, and violations and develop remediation plans as well as corrective actions to address compliance deficiencies.
Lead in the relevant communications of non-compliance with respective departments and ensures corrective actions are complied with.
Ensure tracking tools are maintained and that these are sufficient to act as an audit trail for the purposes of internal or other audits/investigations.
Advise and create process and system improvements based on investigations and observations. Notify policy custodians of any suggested changes to improve policies and procedures. Review new draft policies and procedures to identify significant compliance weaknesses.
Follow up on recommendations for non-compliance in relation to the timeframe for implementation.
Monitor performance by updating performance scorecard issuances monthly.
Facilitate trainings on compliance matters as required and recommended.
Foster a culture of compliance awareness and ethical behavior within the organization.
Keep updated on changes in regulations, legislation, policies and procedures that may affect the organization and compliance reviews.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge, understanding and experience in supply chain, finance and accounting, HR and payroll, cost control and commercial processes, fraud and compliance
Knowledge and understanding in risk and compliance management.
Knowledge and understanding on planning, material master data, material consumption, inventory management, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems in private and public sector.
Knowledge and understanding vendor sourcing and management.
Demonstrated skills in MS Office Suites, presentation, communication (verbal and written) and analysis.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
