Senior Creative Director
Job Summary
The Senior Creative Director is responsible in producing destination photography and videography, leading destination expeditions, and creating destination identities, the job involves a combination of creative, strategic, and leadership tasks. The role also aims to improve the overall quality of group communication content and increase organizations engagement across all communications platforms, looking into the development strategy of identifying best practices and develop new systems/process/tools for complex integrated client projects.
Job Responsibilities 1
Lead multiple and concurrent projects to guarantee overall quality of work and ensure the project is delivered on time, on or under budget and free of error.
Elaborate and implement a comprehensive organizational communication strategy, with strong focus on innovative ideas to refine social media outreach and strategy to grow followers, increase engagement and optimize user experience.
Develop and conceptualize creative concepts for destination photography and videography projects, working closely with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to execute the vision.
Ensure the production meets high-quality standards and aligns with the brand or campaign objectives.
Provide direction during the post-production phase to achieve the desired aesthetic and storytelling.
Develop plans for destination expeditions, considering factors such as locations, timing, and resources.
Lead and coordinate involved team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the expedition's goals.
Provide creative direction during the expedition to capture compelling visuals and content and address challenges that may arise during the expedition, adapting plans as needed.
Develop a deep understanding of the destination and align its identity with overall brand strategy.

Craft compelling narratives that communicate the unique aspects and attractions of the destination.
Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across various channels and integrate creative elements into broader campaigns.
Communicate with key stakeholders, including local authorities and community representatives.
Develop and manage budgets for creative projects, including destination expeditions and identity creation and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals within budgetary constraints.
Provide regular reports to executive leadership on the success and impact of destination creative initiatives.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Knowledge & Skills
A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
Knowledge of digital print production techniques and materials plus experience of management of and negotiation with external agencies in deliverables.
Strong understanding of social media best practices maintain a solid working knowledge of all creative mediums and seek to continually learn what is on the horizon in terms of new programs and technologies that can enhance or improve the creative work.
Fluency in English written and spoken
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
