Senior Delivery Director
Job Summary
The Senior Delivery Director provides enterprise-level leadership and oversight for the successful delivery of all strategic programs, projects, and transformation initiatives across the cluster. The role ensures that business-critical initiatives are delivered with excellence — on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with strategic objectives and governance standards.
The role integrates delivery management, change enablement, and stakeholder alignment to achieve sustainable business outcomes and operational transformation.
Job Responsibilities 1
Provide executive oversight of the cluster’s entire program and project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization, and value delivery.
Partner with Strategy, Finance, and Operations leaders to translate strategic initiatives into executable delivery roadmaps.
Establish clear governance and accountability mechanisms for all strategic programs and transformation projects.
Champion delivery excellence as a core competency across the cluster.
Direct the planning, execution, and performance tracking of major transformation programs, ensuring outcomes are achieved as defined in the business case.
Govern cross-functional delivery dependencies, resource allocation, and change management processes.
Ensure appropriate risk, quality, and issue management practices are embedded in all delivery frameworks.
Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen delivery capability and maturity.
Drive adoption of standardized project management methodologies, tools, and practices across all business units.
Promote agile and digital delivery models to enhance speed, flexibility, and stakeholder engagement.

Expert-level understanding of program and portfolio management, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to balance speed, cost, quality, and business value.
Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 20 years working experience, 15 years in a relevant management/leadership position, 5 years GCC experience is a plus
